How long do lash extensions last?

With proper care, a new set lasts 4–6 weeks. We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks.

How often do I need a refill?

We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks to keep the full look. After 4 weeks it's usually time for a new full set.

What's the difference between classic, volume and hybrid?

Classic = one extension per natural lash (natural look). Volume = several thin extensions per natural lash (full, dramatic). Hybrid = a mix of both (naturally full). We'll help you pick what suits you best during the first visit.

How should I prepare at home for the appointment?

A place where you can lie comfortably (a sofa or bed works great), good lighting and a calm environment. Avoid mascara or eye cream on the day. We bring everything else — products, covers and light.

Which parts of Stockholm do you cover?

We come to you across central Stockholm and the closer suburbs. Get in touch if you live further out — we're happy to travel when the schedule allows.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations are charged at 50 %; no-shows are charged in full.
