- How long do lash extensions last?
- With proper care, a new set lasts 4–6 weeks. We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks.
- How often do I need a refill?
- We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks to keep the full look. After 4 weeks it's usually time for a new full set.
- What's the difference between classic, volume and hybrid?
- Classic = one extension per natural lash (natural look). Volume = several thin extensions per natural lash (full, dramatic). Hybrid = a mix of both (naturally full). We'll help you pick what suits you best during the first visit.
- How should I prepare at home for the appointment?
- A place where you can lie comfortably (a sofa or bed works great), good lighting and a calm environment. Avoid mascara or eye cream on the day. We bring everything else — products, covers and light.
